WizardSofts (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the BondWala - Prize Bond Checker mobile application (Package ID: com.wizardsofts.bdprizebond) available on Google Play.

BondWala is designed as an offline-first financial portfolio utility. We believe that your financial records belong to you. We do not sell your personal data or your prize bond numbers to any third party.

We work with trusted third-party service providers solely to provide infrastructure, analytics, and advertising:

• Google Firebase (Auth, Analytics, Crashlytics): Provided by Google LLC to manage authentication, detect crashes, and monitor app reliability. Subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob: Provided by Google LLC for advertising delivery. Subject to the Google Advertising Privacy Policy.

4. Data Security & Encryption

We implement robust security practices to safeguard your information. All network communication between BondWala and remote servers (including draw archive fetches and optional authentication) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

5. Data Retention & User Deletion Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Local Data Deletion: You can purge all saved prize bonds from your device at any time by opening the app and tapping Settings > Clear All Data.
• Cloud Account Deletion: If you created an optional cloud-sync account and wish to delete your account and all associated records permanently, visit our automated deletion portal at https://wizardsofts.com/account/delete or email our support team at support@wizardsofts.com. Upon receipt, all account records will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Children’s Privacy

BondWala is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age (the legal age for purchasing and claiming National Prize Bonds in Bangladesh). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us for prompt removal.

BondWala is an independent financial management utility developed by WizardSofts. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Bangladesh Bank, the National Savings Directorate, or the Government of Bangladesh. All draw numbers are compiled from publicly published government gazettes.
