Terms and Conditions for ERP Mobile

By installing or using ERP Mobile you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is provided by WizardSofts (“we”).

The app is for businesses and for adults aged 18 or over. The business owner is responsible for the people the owner adds as managers or staff, and for the PINs and phones they use.

Your business records are yours. They are stored on your phone and, if you sign in as the owner, in your business's private cloud copy. You are responsible for keeping backups: make backup files regularly and keep your backup password, because we cannot recover a lost password or open your backup file.

Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no use for unlawful activity, and no use of another person's sign-in without permission.

The app helps you keep records and see summaries. It is not tax, audit or legal advice and does not replace your own checks. Reports are only as correct as the data entered.

The app shows ads from Google AdMob and can send optional usage statistics to Google Firebase; see the Privacy Policy. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

We may change, suspend or stop features, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

The app is provided “as is”, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, WizardSofts is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a lost phone, a lost password or data you did not back up.

You can stop using the app at any time. To delete the cloud copy of your business, see Delete your account.
