1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Fini mobile application or its associated web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue use and uninstall the application immediately.
2. Nature of the Application
Fini is a self-directed personal budgeting, daily runway calculation, and financial planning utility. The software is designed to assist individuals in organizing personal cash flow, allocating budget envelopes, tracking installment schedules, and setting financial objectives.
3. Financial & Investment Disclaimer (Not Advice)
IMPORTANT REGULATORY NOTICE:
WizardSofts and Fini are NOT registered investment advisers (RIA), broker-dealers, banks, depository institutions, or certified financial planners. Fini does not execute transactions, hold deposits, or provide individualized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
All mathematical outputs—including Safe-to-Spend runway limits, debt payoff timelines, and sinking fund schedules—are algorithmic approximations based exclusively on information entered by the user. You bear sole responsibility for your financial decisions.
4. Shariah & Zakat Calculation Disclaimers
The optional Shariah Mode and Zakat Engine provided in Fini use standard historical Nisab weight benchmarks (Gold 87.48g / Silver 612.36g) and user-supplied asset values to compute estimated Zakat obligations. Because interpretations of Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) may vary across schools of thought and regional authorities, you are encouraged to consult a qualified scholar regarding your specific circumstances.
5. Fini Pro Subscriptions & Billing
Fini provides core budgeting and runway features for free. Optional premium capabilities (including zero-knowledge encrypted cloud synchronization and automated multi-device backup) are available through Fini Pro:
- In-App Purchases: Subscriptions ($4.99/month or $49.00/year, or regional tier equivalents) are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the close of the current billing cycle.
- Management & Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device's Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
- Refunds: All refund requests are governed by Apple App Store and Google Play billing policies.
6. Zero-Knowledge Cryptography & Master Passphrase
If you activate Pro Cloud Sync, your vault is protected by client-side ChaCha20-Poly1305 symmetric encryption. Because WizardSofts maintains a Zero-Knowledge posture:
- WizardSofts does not possess or store your master passphrase or cryptographic encryption key.
- If you forget your master passphrase or lose your private encryption recovery key, your encrypted cloud backup cannot be recovered by WizardSofts.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WizardSofts and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of savings, banking overdraft fees, penalties, or data corruption—arising from the use or inability to use Fini.
